Bite Sized Rolled Chicken Steaks Bite Sized Rolled Chicken Steaks
I was a tester for Maille grainy mustard, so I thought of an inexpensive, easy, and delicious recipe that could be served at parties. It can play a starring role and it's also wonderful as an appetizer to serve with wine, or in bentos. When pan frying the chicken, always start with the rolled end, and make sure that end is browned before rolling the meat around. If you start rolling it around before the ends are well browned, the roll may fall apart! This is delicious even when cold, so I recommend it for bentos! Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Minty lamb steaks Minty lamb steaks
The minted lamb steaks in the shops at BBQ time were horribly expensive, low quality and the glaze burned before the steak was cooked - so I made my own and we all like it better - it's very popular when we have friends for BBQ and too make it go further I cube the steaks and put with onion on a skewer for minty lamb kebabs Arty Greig -

Beef Steak Beef Steak
I keep uploading really simple recipes, which is a little embarrassing, so I have decided not to call this a recipe.Although this isn't really a recipe, teaching people how to cook is also very important.Of course the colour of the meat is important, but cooking the meat through to the middle is what will draw out the best flavour.Japanese beef doesn't really get tough, so it's probably better to overcook than to undercook.
