Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 3/4 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 3large eggs
  5. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  6. 3 tbspsugar
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 3 tbspbutter
  9. dashvegetable oil

    Add the liquid ingredients (except oil) in a large mixing bowl. Mix it well.

    Melt the butter separetly and add it to the mixing bowl.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix it well once again. The mixture shouldn't be too liquid neither too dense. If too liquid, add a little more flour.

    Preheat a non-stick pan on a heat that is a little more than midium. Add a dash of oil, wait until it heats well and then add half a cup of the mixture in the pan. Even it out and flip it over when you start to see little bubbles.

    Adjust the heat level to a little lower, if the crepes cook too fast. The crepes should turn into a pale golden brown.

    Serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
