Cut into square pieces

Leave mango pieces overnight with salt applied, it will leave water

Remove the water and put mango pieces in sunlight for a summer day

Add 1/2 tsp heeng, red chilli powder as per taste, salt very less

Add the water mango pieces left in first step

Mix it thoroughly

Put it in sunlight for 2 more days covered with lid
