  2. 1 canrotel
  3. 1 canrefried beans
  4. 1 canItalian diced tomatoes
  5. 1 canPinto beans
  6. 1 canRanch style black beans
  7. 1 cantomato sauce
  8. 1 canRanch style beans
  9. 1 envelopebeefy onion
  10. 1 packageslawrys chili seasoning
  11. 1 packagesRanch dips mix
  12. 1season salt
  13. 1lemon pepper
  14. 1garlic salt
  15. 1ground cumin
  16. handful green onions finely chopped
  17. 1chunck velveta Mexican cheese
  18. 2 cupwater
  19. 1 lbTennessee pride mild sausage
  20. 1onion diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown hamburger meat and drain

  2. 2

    Cut cheese into small chunks

  3. 3

    Add chili mix,beefy onion and one cup of water

  4. 4

    Add everything else and bring to a boil stirring occasionally

  5. 5

    Reduce heat and simmer til ya can't stand anymore

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
