  • 1 1/4 lbhamburger meat
  • 1 canrotel
  • 1 canrefried beans
  • 1 canItalian diced tomatoes
  • 1 canPinto beans
  • 1 canRanch style black beans
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1 canRanch style beans
  • 1 envelopebeefy onion
  • 1 packageslawrys chili seasoning
  • 1 packagesRanch dips mix
  • 1season salt
  • 1lemon pepper
  • 1garlic salt
  • 1ground cumin
  • handful green onions finely chopped
  • 1chunck velveta Mexican cheese
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 lbTennessee pride mild sausage
  • 1onion diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown hamburger meat and drain

  2. 2

    Cut cheese into small chunks

  3. 3

    Add chili mix,beefy onion and one cup of water

  4. 4

    Add everything else and bring to a boil stirring occasionally

  5. 5

    Reduce heat and simmer til ya can't stand anymore

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
