Steps

Dissolve some salt in water and soak the rice

Cut the onion and fry until golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes and add to the fried onions.

Add a pinch of salt and stir until a paste is formed

Add 2 1/2 glasses of water to the paste and bring to boil
- 6
Drain the water from the rice and add the rice to the boiling water

Cover and let it boil for around 15 mins

Cut your spinach and add to the rice when the water is almost finishing

Cover and wait for 3 minutes
- 10
Serve with some cold juice or soda
