Diced the sliced Yam into medium size cubes, wash thoroughly, place in a put and add 2 to 3 cups of water and put to boil.

Immediately add the sliced onions into the yam so the onion taste can infuse with the yam.

After 15 minutes, add pepper, followed by the seasoning cube, salt, crayfish and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, then after that add the Palm oil and cover for another 5 minute.

Stir for another 3 minutes until it becomes porridge like. Then cover for another 3 minutes on medium heat and finally add the uGu leaf then turn off heat and serve with fried turkey.
