Potato wedges, Beef, Fried French beans and carrots

Cut your beef into small cubes. Wash them and put the meat in a cooking pan. Crush your garlic, tumeric and ginger until they form a paste then add the mixture to the meat. Mix the paste, salt and meat, then let it boil, until the meat is tender. Fry onions and tomatoes in another pan, when they are well cooked, add your meat. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

Cut potatoes into wedged shape. Wash them, then let them boil a little. Drain water from the potatoes. Deep fry the boiled potatoes in cooking oil, until they are ready.

Cut French beans and carrots into small pieces. Then fry them for approximately five minutes.

Your food is ready to be served. ☺ ☺ ☺
