Ingredients

  • 1 cupWater chest nut flour or Singhade ka atta
  • to tasteSalt (Sendha salt, I ve used)
  • 1 tbspYoghurt / dahi
  • Water to make a batter of medium consistency rather on thinner side
  • Oil to drizzle
  • 1 pinchbaking powder
  • 50 gms Paneer crumble or grated
  • 1Boiled mashed potato
  • Oil to saute the mashed potato and paneer
  • 1/4 tspChat masala
  • 1/8 tspBlack pepper
  • Dip made by grinding coconut green chilli coriander and curry leaves salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a batter of flour salt baking powder and yoghurt

  2. 2

    Preheat waffle maker for a min

  3. 3

    Lace the dents of it with oil

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in waffle maker

  5. 5

    In another pan saute the waffle maker topping of sauted paneer and potato.. add spices and salt

  6. 6

    Top the dents with filling and dot with greenchillies chutney or tomato sauce
