Ingredients

2 tbspbutter
2 tbspminced onion
2 cupsliced green tomatoes
3/4 tspsalt
1/4 tsppaprika
1/2 tspcurry powder

Steps

Saute onions in butter until light brown. Add tomatoes, stir and cook until tender. Season with salt, paprika, and curry powder.
