Veg Spring Rolls
Steps

Heat oil in a wok. Put sliced onions and saute for a min.

Then put grated carrots, capsicum and cabbage.

Stir it in high flame for a min.

Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, green and red sauce.

Mix well. Add spring onions. Mix it. Keep aside. Let it cool.

Now take one sheet and put little stuffing and bind a roll.

Prepare all rolls and deep fry it till golden brown on medium flame.

Serve hot with ketchup /green chilli sauce/ schzewan sauce.
