1chopped onion
4tomatoes chopped
10 tbsroyco

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil

Add tomatoes to allow to cook until they are soft

Add 1cup water and salt. Add royco and cover for 5mintes
4

Add broken fish to cook for around 5minutes then turn off heat and serve with Italian.
