Preheat oven to 180°c

Put a dry pan on the stove and get it hot.

Meanwhile pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.

Take some of the spice mix that you made and rub the chicken all over so that it is coated all over. if your breast is big just use more spice mix.

By now the pan would have become hot enough add your oil and your chicken breasts cook them for 5 minutes turning them constantly.

take a cookie tray and cook it in the oven until just cooked. (for me a normal sized breast thakes 15 mins)

let it rest for 3mins covered loosely with foil and serve.

Serve with fries, naan and some dip or gluten free option of a baked potato and salad with an icy cold glass of fruit juice
