Ingredients

  • 6 tbspflour (heaped)
  • 2eggs (medium or large)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1as needed Butter

  1. 1

    Spoon the flour into a large mixing bowl and crack the eggs. Mix together with a whisk until this resemble breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Gradually add the milk and whisk together until smooth.

  3. 3

    Let it stand for 30 minutes to get rid of any air bubbles.

  4. 4

    Heat a medium frying pan until smoking. Melt a sliver of butter.

  5. 5

    Ladle enough batter to make one pancake; swirl the pan or spread the batter until the batter is no longer wet.

  6. 6

    Heat until the turn brown then flip the pancake. Heat again until brown.

  7. 7

    Repeat from step 4 until all the batter is used up.
