3 servings

1 cuppre soaked pigeon peas
1 cupboiled soft maize
1onion
2tomatoes
1 bunchdhania
Salt
Black pepper

Steps

1 hour

Put your pigeon peas to boil untill cooked & softened. Add pre boiled maize. Let them boil for about 10 minutes.

Fry your onion, add chopped tomatoes to cook.

Season with blackpepper and salt.

Add the githeri and chopped dhania. Allow to cook for 10 minutes.
5

Serve with guacamole.
