Preheat oven on 180 C.

In mixing bowl of stand mixer add butter and beat it till it become double. Add sugar and do it again.

Now add maida, desicated coconut, baking powder and baking soda and beat it again. If batter looks loose add little milk to make dough.

Now it dough add salt, vannila and mix it delicately.

Now grease baking tray and on it take some mixture in piping bag and make small roses of it and put 1 drop of jam in it. Make sure it's fresh else it will loose water.

Now bake it on lower heating for 30 mins or till it become golden from both sides and then take it out to get cool down. Store it in airtight container.
