Ingredients

  1. Halfraw yellow bell pepper sliced thin
  2. Halfa tomato sliced thin
  3. 3baby potatoes tossed in olive oil chili powder, garlic & roast
  4. Slicered cabbage sautéed
  5. Roasted chickpeas with curry powder and smoked paprika
  6. Carrots sliced and sautéed in ginger broth
  7. Kale quickly sautéed with garlic lemon and olive oil
  8. Bean sprouts raw tossed in sesame oil and soy with sesame seeds
  9. For a punch l like to slice a habanero & sauté it in kale juice!

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice veggies

  2. 2

    Bowl the chickpeas then roast with curry powder at 375 for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Sauté and roast other veggies or serve
