Ingredients

  • 250 gmgrated dry coconut
  • 125 gmsesame seeds
  • 50 gmchickpeas or roasted Bengal gram
  • 200 gmjaggery powder
  • 1 tbsppoppy seeds
  • 4cardamom powder
  • Oil to fry
  • 1/2 kgmaida
  • 4 tbspsooji
  • 2 tbsp oil

Steps

    Make a dough of maida andsooji by adding heated oil and water. cover one cloth over it and keep it for two hours. Grate dry coconut, roast sesame seeds, roast chickpeas, roast poppy seeds separately. make jaggery powder add make cardamom powder.then mix all and make powder in mixer for filling. Take dough and knead it again to make soft balls Take lemon size dough and roll on long shape with rolling pin. Put filling masala in middle and apply water to surround to close with ear buds.

    Dip ear bud in water and apply to whole end of it fold and attach ends. Masala filling should be closed properly. It comes like rainbow shape. Then heat oil on a low flame and fry. Enjoy the sweet like snack. you can store it for 15 days.
