Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 100 gmraw corn flakes (used for frying)
  2. 50 gmpeanuts
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspblack salt
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspchat masala
  7. 1/2 tspsugar powder
  8. 1/4 tspmango powder
  9. Oil for deep fry

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all dry spices in a bowl. Mix properly.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry peanuts until golden. Sprinkle Masala over peanuts. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Deep fry corn flakes. Sprinkle Masala. Mix properly. Add fried peanuts in it. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve corn flakes chevda with ginger tea.
