Teez designer rice
This is one of my signature dishes
Steps

Wash and cut vegetables into shape of your choice and set aside

Wash all protein (turkey&threaded chicken) and marinate with rosemary herb,coriander,thyme,salt,ginger,garlic &season cube.put the chicken in in a zip log bag put in the fridge for 20mins while you cook the turkey till tender and set stock aside.

Wash rice very well with warm water till all traces of starch is out then put in a strainer.

Put a non stick pan on a medium heat and put 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil in the pan.when it's heated enough,add your finely chopped onions and garlic, stir fry for 30 seconds then add your raw rice from the strainer into the mixture. Stir fry for a few mins and add rosemary and coriander stir fry till rice is golden brown.

Now put a pot on the heat and pour the turkey stock and add a little bit of water into it enough to make the rice tender but not sticky. Then add the rice into the pot of stock and and two tablespoons of soy sauce into the rice. Leave to cook and set aside when cooked.

Place deep fry pan on a medium heat and put 1 cooking spoon of vegetable in it, when heated add your chopped garlic and onions stir fry then add your threaded chicken stir fry then add your carrot when the chicken is cooked.follow it up with the other veggies after a minute add your Mexican spice, Rosemary,coriander stir fry

When it's ok now pour your rice into the mixture mix properly and make a wide hole at the middle and put 2 tablespoons of oil in the hole created and add egg leave for 1 minute before you mix all mixture together. Stir fry for a few minutes and turn off the heat.

You can serve with grilled or fried turkey.
