  • 2onions
  • 2 tbspcooking oil

    Cut the beef into pieces. And set aside

  2. 2

    Clean the kales and chop the kales and onions.

  3. 3

    Add half the chopped onions in a sufuria and add the beef.

  4. 4

    Stir and add salt.

  5. 5

    Cook. Fry the other onions in a sufuria

  6. 6

    Add the kales. And fry.

  7. 7

    Serve when everything is ready
