I love this recipe because it's steamed and you can use very little or no oil at all.

Sauté the onion in a skillet with just a little oil.

Add the tomatoes, oregano, chiles, orange juice, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

Blend the mixture in a blender, then pour it over the chicken breast pieces.

Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil (if you can find mixiote leaves, even better!) and place the chicken pieces on them with plenty of sauce.

Add the nopales and seal the packets well so nothing leaks out.

Place the packets in a steamer and cook for about 1 hour. Done!
