1 lbSage pan sausage
1 lbhot breakfast sausage
1onion
1Bell pepper
1 packageschili seasoning
1SPG
16 ozpepper jack cheese
32 oztater tots
1 cancream of mushroom
1 canRotel chili fixins
2Serrano Peppers
3 dashcayenne pepper

preheat oven to 350

place tots in oven on greased pan. cook until golden brown.

Chop vegetables

brown meat with vegetables included

add Rotel and cream of mushroom

simmer for ten minutes

In Casserole dish, place half the tots on the bottom. Next, a layer of cheese.

Put in meat mixture. Then another layer of tots.

Finish off with a final layer of cheese.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

Cover and bake for a final ten minutes.

Let stand for ten minutes and serve!
