  4. 1 cupvegetable oil
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspsida
  7. 1 tspcinnamon
  8. 2 cupflour
  9. 2 cupgra ted carrots
  10. 1 cupnuts
  11. 1 cupcrushed pibeappke
  12. toppibg
  13. 6 tbspbutter
  14. 1 cupbrown sugar
  15. 1 cupcoconut
  16. 1/2 canevaporated milk

Steps

  1. 1

    butter and flour large pan. mix eggs sugar and oil together. sift dry ingrediants and add. stir in carrots nuts and pineapple

  2. 2

    bake 350 for 1 hour abd 15 min

  3. 3

    topping. mix all ingredients well

  4. 4

    and pout ovet baked cake. and broil for 1o min
