  • 1/4 smallYellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tspGarlic, minced
  • 1 boxGrape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tspCoconut oil
  • 1Salt
  • 1Pepper
  • 1 pinchRosemary
  • 1 pinchThyme
  • 1/2 mediumGreen bell pepper, diced
