Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3potatoes
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1/2pepper
  • 1 pinchJohnny's seasoning salt
  • 3 tbspbacon bits
  • 6 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspchili oil (optional)
  • 3 tbspbalsimic vinger (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Chop vegetables and put in oven safe container lined with aluminum foil

  3. 3

    Add bacon bits, cheddar, garlic, oils, viniger, seasonings, seasonings.

    Mix

  5. 5

    Optionally store over night

  6. 6

    Bake for 60 minutes. stir every 20.
