Fry shrimp with garlic and butter over medium to high heat for about 6 minutes. Set aside to cool

Slice crab sticks into 10mm thick slices

Mix together the parsley, shrimp and the crab sticks

Mix with Seafood dressing

Take 6 small bowls, place one lettuce leaf in each bowl. Dish equal amounts of seafood dish in each bowl followed by a slice of lemon and 3 slices of gherkin in each bowl
