HEAT OIL IN A PAN. ADD ONIONS, SAUTE TILL BECOMES LIGHT BROWN THEN PUT GINGER & GARLIC

MIX TOMATOES , OREGANO , SALT , CHILLI POWDER AND SUGAR . SAUTE IT FOR 5-6 MINUTES .

ADD MUSHROOMS AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE , PUT SPINACH AND MIX FOR ANOTHER 1 MINUTE

TURN OFF THE STOVE , PUT THE DISH IN A BOWL AND GARNISH WITH TOMATOES AND CORIANDER LEAVES .
