Ingredients

  • 2 tbsptoasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsprice vinegar
  • 5 tbsptamari sauce
  • 1 tspwasabi paste
  • 1 tspfresh ginger, grated or ginger paste
  • 1 tbspszhechuan pepper corn, whole

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add in your tofu cubes or steaks

  3. 3

    Let marinate in fridge at least overnight, the longer the better

  4. 4

    Cook your tofu the way you prefer (I like to grill it on the bbq)

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
