Take 4 eggs and beat them properly in that add salt chopped onion, 🍅,green chilli, coriander leaves,chilli powder, turmeric powder.

In a grill pan add slightly butter and place sausages on it and fry them.

In another pan add butter and little oil and then add egg mixture to it.when it's slightly wet dip bread slices on it and place wet side upwards.

When omlet is dry it's done and flip it.After it's done from both side take it on serving plate grate cheese on it and place chi sausages and fold the omlet.and enjoy.
