Soak peas for overnight.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder in a small bowl. Add a little water and make a paste. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and wait till it sizzles. Then add chopped green chilli, onion, ginger garlic and saute till onion turns transparent. Add the prepared paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off completely.

Add finely chopped tomato and saute till tomatoes get cooked well and become mushy. Add peas, and amchur powder. Bring it to cook for 10 minutes in medium flame. mix well.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves, mix well. Turn off the flame.

Serve hot..
