  • 25 mlvinaigrette dressing

    Deseed the avocado and the tomatoes

  2. 2

    Cut them in into nice cubes then mix with the vinaigrette

  3. 3

    Put some lettuce nicely arranged to form a base then pour your mixture on top.

    Serve chilled.
