Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  • You can take any fruits and vegetables eaten in raw
  • I have taken the following fruits and vegetables
  • Red Apple
  • Green Apple
  • Papaya
  • Banana
  • Litchi
  • Plum
  • Mango
  • Pomegranate
  • Grated fresh coconut
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Khajoor
  • Tomato (discard the seeds)
  • 1 cupsprouted green Moong
  • 1 cupfresh curd
  • Rock salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Roasted zeera powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped finely (1/2 inch) the fruits and vegetables. Beat the curd.

    Take a bowl. Add chopped fruits, vegetables, curd, mint leaves, sprouted green Moong and mix well with a spatula.

  3. 3

    Now keep in refrigerator. While serving add both the salt and pepper and roasted zeera powder according to your taste. It's yummy and healthy Thanks 🙂🙂

  4. 4

    Note: mix salt while serving otherwise the crunchiness of salad will go away as water will ooze out
