Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  1. You can take any fruits and vegetables eaten in raw
  2. I have taken the following fruits and vegetables
  3. Red Apple
  4. Green Apple
  5. Papaya
  6. Banana
  7. Litchi
  8. Plum
  9. Mango
  10. Pomegranate
  11. Grated fresh coconut
  12. Cucumber
  13. Carrot
  14. Khajoor
  15. Tomato (discard the seeds)
  16. 1 cupsprouted green Moong
  17. 1 cupfresh curd
  18. Rock salt
  19. Black pepper powder
  20. Roasted zeera powder
  21. to tasteSalt
  22. Mint leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped finely (1/2 inch) the fruits and vegetables. Beat the curd.

    Take a bowl. Add chopped fruits, vegetables, curd, mint leaves, sprouted green Moong and mix well with a spatula.

    Now keep in refrigerator. While serving add both the salt and pepper and roasted zeera powder according to your taste. It's yummy and healthy Thanks 🙂🙂

  4. 4

    Note: mix salt while serving otherwise the crunchiness of salad will go away as water will ooze out
