Steps

Roast all dryfruits including dink, khobra and soaked methi seperately and make fine powder of it.

Put 2 tbsp of ghee and add wheat flour and roast it till it become golden brown.

Take all mixture in mixing bowl and mix all above ingredients. Add nutmeg, salt and mix it.

Now take all remaining ghee in pot and add grated gud in it and let it melt on low flame. When ghee and gud mixture comes together pour it in dryfruits moxture. And mox it. And see it if it can hold laddoo shape. Or else add some more ghee and make laddoos while it's hot. Laddoos are done.
