Steps

Take a bowl add karela then wash it well.

Take a pan add oil then fry all the karela till it crunchy.

Take another pan add oil then add cumin seeds and green chilli saute then add cashew, raisins and almond fry for 1min..

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mango powder fry for 1min.

Add fried karela then add fried onion saute then add sugar and lemon juice fry for 1min.

Dry fruits karela is ready to serve serve it by dry fruits.
