First wash the chillies and pat dry. then slit the chillies in the middle as we do for baigan bharta. mix roasted cumin powder, salt, lemon juice. fill this mixture in slit chillies. heat oil in a small pan. add these stuffed chillies. saute them slightly. then add water. let the water evaporate.cover with a lid. check if your chillies r cooked. yummy, tangy and spicy chillies r ready to b served. if you want more spiciness, you can skip lemon juice. serve with bhakkar orr pulkha.
