Steps

Roast and peel brinjal. And mash it well.

Now heat oil and add curry leaves, garlic, coriander and peanuts in it and let it fry till it become crispy

Add onion and cook it till translucent. Then add all spices

Now add mashed brinjal and mix it add salt, tomato and stir it well. Once it shows oil on top take it off the flame and serve it with bhakri
