Ingredients

3eggs
1/2tomato
1/2yellow onion
2teaspoonfuls of cooking oil
1teaspoonful of olive oil
1/4teaspoonful of salt

Steps

Scramble the eggs. Add olive oil and salt ans scramble further.

Cut onion and tomato into frying pan. Add cooking oil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan and cook for 4 minutes.

Serve with ugali.
