Present oven to 350.

Peel and purse bananas in blender (should yield 1 cup).

Blend sugar and oil, and beat for 1 min.

Add bananas, zucchini and eggs, then mix well.

Sift together dry ingredients and fold into banana mixture.

Stir in nuts and raisins.

Pour batter into a greased 10 in tube pan (1 hour) or cupcake pan (20 min).

Cook for listed time or until tester comes out clean.

Cool for 20 min in the pan.
