28 oz softened cream cheese
2/3 cupsugar
1/4 tspalmond extract
3eggs

Beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until fluffy

Add eggs one at a time on low speed until blended

Pour into ungreased 9" pie pan

Bake at 350* for 35 min

TOPPING---1 cup sour cream, 3 TBSP sugar, 1 tsp vanilla

Stir together with a spoon

Spread on hot pie

Cool, then refrigerate
