Peel the butter

Cut into cubes

Melt the margarine in a pan

Add the diced onions and cook until soft but not brown

Add the chopped butter nut and cook, add hot water and bring to boil

When done, add cooking cream, to a runny consistency.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
