Ingredients

3 serves
  • 300 gliver
  • 3 tbspoil
  • To tastesalt
  • 2large carrots
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 2large tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsproyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the liver into small sizes. Put to boil with salt

  2. 2

    Boil til ready. Prepare onions and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add oil in the liver when it is dried up.

  4. 4

    Add in onions and Fry until lightly soft.

  5. 5

    Add in tomatoes fry until soft. Add in

  6. 6

    Add in chopped carrots and stir. Dissolve royco in 30 mls water then add.

  7. 7

    Add water and boil for 3 minutes then serve.
