Ingredients

  • Mixed vegetables e.g. Managu, skuma wiki, saga, terere
  • Onions
  • Cooking oil
  • Milk/ cream

Steps

    Boil vegetables overnight

  2. 2

    Drain the water from the vegetables then heat pan with cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions

  4. 4

    Add the cream/ milk

  5. 5

    Add vegetables and salt

  6. 6

    Cook for awhile then remove from fire

  7. 7

    Best served when cool.
