1 cupghee
1 cupwheat flour
1 cupsugar
2 cupswater

Take water put sugar in it bring it to a boil. Only sugar should dissolve.

Take ghee in a pan heat and roast flour till it turns golden brown. (Stir continuously)

Put the water mix sugar in the flour and mix it well till the ghee separates.
