Ingredients: 1/2 kg Lauki, cleaned, finely chopped; 2 small potatoes, cleaned and finely chopped.(optional); 2 chopped green chilli; 1 and 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic; 1 larger Onion chopped; 2 big tomatoes chopped; 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves; to taste Salt; 1 tsp Mustard oil; For mustard paste; 1 tbsp mustard seeds; 1 tsp Cumin (zeera) seeds; 1/2 tsp red Chilli powder; 1 tsp turmeric powder

Ingredients

4 servings

1/2 kgLauki, cleaned, finely chopped
2small potatoes, cleaned and finely chopped.(optional)
2chopped green chilli
1and 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1larger Onion chopped
2big tomatoes chopped
1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1 tspMustard oil
For mustard paste
1 tbspmustard seeds
1 tspCumin (zeera) seeds
1/2 tspred Chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder

Steps

First grind the ingredients of mustard paste in a mixer to a fine paste.

Mix this mustard paste and rest of the ingredients including oil properly.

Transfer to a microwave oven safe bowl.

Cook covered in a pre-heated microwave oven for 6 minutes at 180℃.

Let the bowl stay in oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with Roti or Rice
