1/2 kgcarrots peeled and grated
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupkhoya roughly mashed
2 tbspDesi ghee
1 tspcardamom powder
1 tbspdry fruits

Mix grated carrots sugar and milk in microwave safe bowl and covering it for 10 minutes

Add ghee and khoya.mix well. microwave it uncovered for 10 minutes

Add Cardamom powder and dry fruits.garnish with dry fruits.
