1japanese egg plant (about 1lb.)cut into rounds & then halves
24cherry tomatoes
1orange pepper cubed
1zucchini cut into rounds
1sweet onion cut into rounds the quartered
3 tbspcanola oil
3 tbsporange juice
1 tbsphoney
1 1/4 tspchili powder
1glove garlic minced

whisk together marinade (all spices& juice)

pour over vegetables in a shallow dish & let sit for 5 to 10 mins

thread vegetables onto skewers . brush marinade on each side& grill for 5 mins per side brushing marinade until all used .
