An excellent quick peppery appetiser perfect in case of sudden guests coming over or the family thanksgiving dinner. Minimal ingredients and chopping and you have yourself a dish that will only win hearts and praises for you!

In a non stick pan/wok heat the butter over medium flame

Add onions, ginger garlic paste, and sauté till onions are translucent

Add the pepper powder and sprinkle some water and dry roast for 2-3 minutes

Add salt and mushroom. Mix well and cook covered until mushrooms soften
- 5
Serve immediately or prepare ahead and microwave for 5 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!

Tips: Mushrooms will cook in its own juices and no extra water is needed to cook them

Tips:Also an excellent accompaniment with a hot bowl of soup, rice, Chinese noodles or fried rice, etc
