  2. 8potatoes
  3. 1capsicum
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1onion
  6. 2carrots

  8. 1 tablespooncooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the meat into pieces.

    Peel and clean the potatoes. Cut them in halves and set aside

    Chop the onions and tomatoes and hoho. Cut the carrots into slim circle shapes

  4. 4

    Add cooking oil in a sufuria and fry the onion. Add the beef and stir

  5. 5

    Add the potatoes stir and then cover for two minutes. Add in the hoho carrots and tomatoes and cover

  6. 6

    Stir and add in the salt and beef cube. Add in a cup of water.

  7. 7

    Simmer for about fifteen minutes. Serve
