Cut the meat, onions in small cubes

In frying pan, cook meat for 3 minutes, than remove meat to a separate dish

In same frying pan, cook onions until golden brown

Add mushrooms, salt & pepper, keep mixing for 3 minutes

Add wine and sour cream. Cook until the sauce becomes thick

Add meat to the frying pan and cook for 1 minutes

Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until half-ready

Peel the potatoes and grate (or cut in thin pieces)

Add salt & pepper, nutmeg to potatoes. Form several pancakes-like from potatoes mix and fry on goose fat until golden brown
