Steps

First chop carrots and take a kadai add to it with suffient water and let them boil for 10-15 min.

In a bowl take besan and curd and beat them wth a beater.
Take another kadai and put three spoon oil. - 3
Add jeera and the besan and curd mix.Now cook on low flame for10 -15 min.

In the meantime your carrots are softened Now drain the water from boiled carrot.

Now let the kadai dry and now add oil and then grinded tomato,garlic cloves,green chillies mix.

Cook till dark red.Add katori methi leaves.Stir for 5 min add carrot and mix well.

Now add the mix to kadi and cook for 5 min on low flame and your carrot kadi is ready to serve.Happy Cooking!!!
